A billion dollar FMCG company with international operations is looking for a Head of Trade Marketing for the UAE region. This role will report into the Head of Sales and Distribution for the region.
Key Responsibilities:
& Ensure timely implementation of all activities, exhausting all means and efforts to support achievement of company's sales and brand objectives
& Owning responsibility for the development, execution, and performance of all programs designed to increase presence and ultimate off-take
& Leading efforts to leverage the brand positioning and solidify the company's superiority through our customers
& Closely monitor the sales and share development to ensure company's objectives are achieved; communicating clear analysis and recommendations for improvements
& Play effective in above and below the line agency selection, keep on going communication, monitor, and evaluate performance
& Develop execute P.O.S materials / brand/ channel to communicate brand objective
& Develop for approval a clear assets strategy, lead asset purchasing, supervise placement, monitor evaluate performance, and return on investment
& Lead the development execution of new product launches across all targeted channels (sales training, listing, pipeline filling, special displays, utilization of P.O.S materials)
& Lead the in-market coordination and communication of new packaging developments and price changes
Who we're looking for
& Bachelor's degree from a reputable University.
& Fluency in English - Read, Write and Speak
& Minimum 10 years experience in a Sales/Marketing role; previous 3 years MUST have been in a trade marketing focused position
& Excellent Communication, Team-Working, Interpersonal skills
